A. Yes! As long as you provide us with the exact type of flower and the name of the flower, we can make just about any flower arrangement you wish. The cost of the flower will depend on your requirements.

 

Q. I found the flowers I am looking for on another website. Can you beat or match the price?

A. Seoulflorist.com will match or beat any legitimate South Korea floral website. Just send us your request, along with a photo and any other detailed information. Once we confirm that the website is legitimate, we will beat the quality and beat the price by 10%.

 

Q. Can Seoulflorist.com arrange flowers for events?

A. Yes. We can arrange flowers for events such as weddings, exhibitions, and any events that require floral arrangements. We also provide floral arrangements that will be needed on a continual basis. We are confident we can meet your expectations and needs. Furthermore, we might even surprise you with our low cost!

 

Q. What should I do if I made a mistake while ordering.

A. If you had ordered online and made a mistake regarding your information, we can make the appropriate changes as long as we are notified 24 hours in advance. If the order has been sent out already, it would be too late to make changes. You can edit your own order by logging into your order.

 

Q. Does Seoulflorist.com have other language options?
